    I was going to post this exact thing. Look at the Missouri Valley Conference. Basically a 1 bid league yet teams have to get past Wichita each year.

    Yep, I agree.....but it sucks when its not your team being the team going or at least having the opportunity to go every year.

    As for the excuse part, we have plenty of those on why we cant get there apparently.

    Of the 34 conferences, only 9 got multiple bids.

    As SHSU fans that's what we've been saying for 7 or 8 years... it should be easy to get in.

    Getting in as 16 seed play in game is almost like not getting in at all. Especially if one of your players sheds a bad light on your program by chokin a bitch on the bench!

    True. The one benefit of being a GOOD one bid conference is that you might get a 11 or 12 seed.

    Hmmm... let's not pretend this season is a reflection of ordinary SLC basketball. SFA has been a 12 seed two of the last three years without doing anything at all in the non-conference season. 12-5 is a very winnable game.
